Thalia Estate is located in a hillside, surrounded by olive trees, fantastic sea view and privacy. It consist of 1 villa and 2 bungalows. It has also a very nice garden-veranda and big swimming pool. It is shone built property, with country style interiors and wood furniture, organic materials and hand painted details. You may enjoy fantastic views from the sea view balconies, sit on the shaded, furnished patios or relax on the hammocks in the garden. Wooden sun loungers can also be found on the deck around the pool. In all the house there is free wifi, Privat parking and A/C.

Facilities of the house

The Thalia Estate consists of 1 villa and 2 bungalows. Each unit consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. More specifically, the villa has two bedrooms (one double, one twin), two bathrooms, and an open plan kitchen and living area. The two bungalows that are semi detached. Entering them through a covered porch which overlooks the swimming pool you first come to the kitchen, then to the living area and a bathroom. A double bedroom is located at the rear of each property, while an open loft with twin beds is reached via a stair ladder.
As per the main villa, each of the two bungalows can accommodate up to 4 people bringing the total occupancy to a maximum of 12 guests.

So in total there are 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 living rooms.

Among others facilities include a SMEG fridge, espresso coffee maker, washing machine and flat-screen TVs.

Set on a secluded hillside, amidst lush olive groves, Thalia Estate consists of 1 villa and 2 bungalows surrounded by a beautiful garden with a pool. The beach of Agios Spyridonas is 500 metres away. The stone-built holiday complex features romantic, country-style interiors with distressed wood furnishings, organic materials and hand-painted details. Each unit consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Among others facilities include a SMEG fridge, espresso coffee maker, washing machine and flat-screen TVs with DVD player.

Guests can enjoy the views from the sea-view balconies, sit on the shaded, furnished patios or relax on the hammocks in the garden. Wooden sun loungers can also be found on the deck around the pool. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the estate and free private parking is also possible.

The nearest beach is 8 minutes away from the complex, but it’s a Privat road with stairs and not very useful for those, who have walking problems. The main, big beach of St. Spyridon is approx. 800 m from the house. It is always better here to have a car or a bike. The super market, tavernas etc are from 500 m and more.

Thalia’s staff can arrange for super market delivery, as well as meals delivery service.

You may mix this property with Thalia cottage, which has 2 bedrooms and attic room, 2 bathrooms and smaller swimming pool and very nice sea view patio. In that case the whal Thalia property can accommodate 15 – 17 people.
